Marion High School’s rapid transformation, driven by the construction of the Performing Arts Center, necessitates quick adaptation. The bustling construction site replaces the student parking lot as the school year approaches. The administration creatively reconfigures the campus layout, using temporary wayfinding signs to guide students, staff, and visitors through the changes. Urgency surrounds the project, as approval comes just two days before the school year begins.
Thanks to the Rapids Reproductions team’s dedication, signs are quickly designed and installed. On the first day of school, the signs ensure an orderly flow of traffic and a smooth transition. The school successfully manages construction challenges and is ready for a new year.
We have some exciting news to share with you! Rapids Reproductions is in the process of transitioning to a brand-new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system this October.
If you are unfamiliar with an ERP System, it is an all-in-one solution, allowing us to manage our business operations more efficiently. It allows us to streamline processes, enhance communication and provide you with an even smoother and more reliable experience.
Our goals with this new system are:
· Faster and more accurate service
· Enhanced communication
· Better inventory management
· Easier access to information
Our transition will take place in October. We will be sending out communication to our existing clients for any actions that may be required on your part as we get closer to that time. During this transition, our goal is to minimize any disruption to our services. We are working hard now to make sure it is a smooth and seamless process.

I was born and raised in Manchester moving to Cedar Rapids 35+ years ago. I have been blessed with 4 wonderful children and now 3 extra special grandchildren, Cara, Cole and Zoey!
I began my career at Rapids Reproductions 19 years ago after completing my degree at Kirkwood at the young age of 45!My main position at Rapids is Service Coordinator for our service department. I also am receptionist, customer service rep and as they say…other tasks that are assigned!
The thing I love most about my job is all the wonderful people I have the privilege to talk to on the phone, email or occasionally in person. You brighten my day!
