1st Annual Picnic

On September 30^th, Rapids Reproductions hosted its first annual company picnic at Kent Park.  Food was catered in for the Rapids Reproductions employees and their families.  In addition to the food, we also had entertainment such as bean bag toss, kickball and one of the employees brought and shared his rather impressive telescope.  Of course, in my opinion, watching the kids play was the most fun, but that may be because I lost at the bag toss! In a pure coincidence, September 30^th happened to be the 1^st annual State Park Volunteer day.  Although Kent Park is a county park rather than a state park, we still reached out to see if there was anything we could do as a group at the park that day.  They did not have anything they needed, so some of the staff decided to go for a walk with trash bags to pick up any litter found.  It was great to see the volunteer spirit within our company.  It must be said, however, that Kent Park is a really clean park!  We look forward to many more years of fun in the park and cultivating the family atmosphere and philanthropic nature of our staff.
